The Role | He kōrero mō te tūranga
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator, Finished Goods Export to join our team for the day shift, 6:00am to 2:30pm.
This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment where accuracy, urgency, and safety are critical.
Key responsibilities include | Ngā kawenga matua kei roto ko:
- Picking and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Radio Frequency, (RF) and regular use of the Warehouse Management Systems, (WMS)
- Replenishment and put away tasks
- Cycle counting and inventory accuracy checks
- Operating Reach Truck, Counterbalance and Stock Picker hoists
- Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg
- Maintaining housekeeping and safe warehouse practices
- Working to daily KPIs and operational deadline
What you will bring | Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu
- Current NZ Reach, Counterbalance, and Stock Picker licences
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a busy Distribution Centre or manufacturing warehouse
- Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems daily
- Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and dispatch operations
- Good numerical and computer skills
- Clear written and verbal English communication
- Reliable attendance and strong time management
- A strong safety mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
