Your Opportunity

Join Vitaco in this newly created role and take the lead in driving influencer and creator marketing initiatives across our iconic brands – Musashi, Athena, and Nutra-Life. Reporting to the Senior Social & Influencer Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for Influencer marketing, spearheading  influencer rollout in Australia, and Musashi’s expansion the US and MEA market and building programs that deliver real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Champion influencer approach across multiple brands, ensuring each brand shines through athletes, experts, and creators.
• Build and manage ambassador programs and short-form content collaborations that amplify brand credibility and love.
• Own end-to-end influencer programs: sourcing, screening, briefing, contracting, content approvals, campaign rollout, optimisation, and performance reporting.
• Activate influencer content to power our social channels, aligning brand storytelling with channel strategy.
• Drive international growth – Musashi is entering the US and Middle-East market, and your influencer ​management will be key to success.
• Organise content farms/ co-creation models with Influencers to maximise brand collaborations on social. 
• Measure what matters: EMV, ROI, audience growth, conversion metrics – and deliver insights that move the business forward.
  

About You

• A proven influencer marketing expert ready to take ownership.
• Skilled in ​influencer management – you can design the system and make it run.
• Passionate about social culture, athletes, sport and lifestyle creators, and community-driven brand growth.
• Commercially savvy with a clear understanding of influencer marketing’s impact on sales, brand authority, and channel growth.
• Confident managing a multi-brand portfolio with unique tones and audiences.
• Energised by autonomy, speed, and impact – you want your work to make waves immediately.
