Operational Process Technician - Supplements
The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑driven Operational Process Technician to join our high‑performing manufacturing team. This newly created role reports to our Production Manger - Supplements.
In this hands‑on role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring our processes run smoothly, safely, and in line with quality and GMP standards. Working closely with production, quality, and engineering teams, you’ll support continuous improvement and help deliver high‑quality products to consumers across New Zealand, Australia, and more than 30 countries worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, monitor, and support manufacturing processes in line with SOPs and GMP requirements
- Ensure accurate completion of production and process documentation
- Identify and troubleshoot process issues, escalating where required
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and actively contribute to a safe workplace
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, team‑based environment
About You
You’re someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. You’ll bring:
- Experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, or manufacturing environments
- A strong understanding of process control, quality, and compliance (GMP experience preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and solid literacy and numeracy skills
- A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
