  • Developing and maintaining performance tracking and reporting mechanisms
  • Coordinating material transfers and returns between plants to meet production requirements
  • Maintaining tight control of on‑site material stock levels in line with production needs
  • Partnering closely with operational teams to continuously improve processes and system usage
What you’ll bring
  • Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG or operations environment
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, analytical approach
  • Proven experience with ERP or manufacturing systems (experience with Navision, 3WS or PRODIN highly advantageous)
  • Confidence analysing variances and translating data into clear insights
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
What we offer
  • Competitive salary package
  • Generous staff discounts across Vitaco brands
  • Discounted health insurance
  • Wellness initiatives and access to in‑house naturopathic advice
  • A day off on your birthday
  • A supportive, down‑to‑earth team culture where your contribution truly matters
