Summer IT Intern – Information Systems (Vitaco, East Tamaki, Auckland)

Are you passionate about technology and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment? Vitaco’s Information Systems team is looking for a motivated Summer IT Intern to join us for 10–12 weeks in Auckland!

What You’ll Do

• Support our IS team in delivering operational excellence and driving strategic initiatives.
• Assist with hardware and software management and maintenance, documentation and related analysis and reporting.  
• Triage Microsoft 365 support tickets and contribute to SharePoint/Teams access reviews.
• Get involved in infrastructure modernisation, systems mapping, IS process optimisation.
• Shadow senior team members and participate in IS/IT meetings.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in IT infrastructure, systems, or support.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking concepts.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  

Internship Details

• Location: Auckland, New Zealand
• Duration: 10–12 weeks (flexible)
• Hours: Full-time (37.5–40 hours/week)
• Reports to: Head of Information Systems
