Join Vitaco's NZ Grocery & Mass team and gain hands-on exposure to customer management, sales planning, commercial analysis and in-store execution across leading health and wellness brands.

During this 12-month internship, you'll support experienced account managers on live customer priorities, contribute ideas that help grow our brands and categories, and use data, digital tools and AI to help the team work smarter.

What You'll Work On

• Supporting customer and account plans for major retail partners
• Identifying sales, shopper and category growth opportunities
• Preparing customer presentations and commercial recommendations
• Analysing sales performance, forecasts and shopper behaviour
• Supporting product launches, promotions and in-store execution
• Working across Sales, Category, Shopper, Marketing and Field Teams
• Improving digital shelf content and online customer execution
• Using AI and digital tools to improve sales productivity

Who We're Looking For

You may be completing your degree or have recently graduated in business, commerce, marketing, sales, management, analytics or a related field.

• Wants to build a career in FMCG sales, account management or commercial leadership
• Is interested in customers, brands, shoppers and retail
• Enjoys building relationships and working with different people
• Is commercially curious and confident working with numbers
• Can turn data and observations into practical recommendations
• Has strong communication, presentation and Excel skills
• Brings enthusiasm for AI, digital tools and better ways of working
