Export Logistics Manager

We're looking for an experienced Export Logistics Manager to lead our Export Logistics team and oversee the seamless movement of products to customers across international markets. This is a key leadership role within our Supply Chain function, ensuring export operations remain efficient, compliant and customer focused while driving continuous improvement and team capability.

About the Role

Reporting to the Demand & Supply Planning Manager, you'll lead a team of Export Logistics Coordinators while managing the end-to-end export logistics process across a diverse international customer base.

This is a highly visible role that works closely with Market Managers, Planning, Operations, Warehouse, QA, Finance and external freight partners to ensure products are delivered on time, documentation is accurate, and regulatory requirements are met.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading, coaching and developing the Export Logistics team.
• Managing end-to-end export operations and international customer orders.
• Ensuring export documentation, compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Building strong relationships with freight providers and key stakeholders.
• Driving continuous improvement, reporting and operational performance.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' experience in export logistics, international trade or supply chain operations.
• Proven people leadership and team development experience.
• Strong understanding of export compliance, documentation and freight processes.
• Excellent planning, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within FMCG, food, dairy, pharmaceutical or a regulated manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
