Digital Creative Specialist - eCommerce

The Opportunity 

We’re looking for a digital commerce creative powerhouse to join our team as Digital Creative Specialist - eCommerce. Reporting to our Senior Social & Influencer Manager, this newly created role is all about bringing our brand to life across digital channels. You’ll design, produce, and publish high-performing content that engages and converts - from EDM to our website and beyond. Your mission? Drive traffic, capture leads, and generate strong conversion rate that keep our fans coming back for more. 

What You’ll Do 

• Create mobile-first digital assets for our online stores and email campaigns that drive conversions. 
• Publish and schedule content across primarily online stores and CRM platforms  balancing timelines and priorities like a pro. 
• Translate briefs into cohesive, on-brand content that feels fresh and authentic. 
• Monitor, report, and optimise campaigns using GA4 and Klaviyo, because data matters. 
• Bring ideas to life with statics and motion graphics that elevate our storytelling. 

About You

• You’ve worked client-side and know the ins and outs of lifecycle marketing. 
• Have a deep understanding of marketing automation and crafting journeys that convert. 
• Experienced in creating dynamic visuals and motion graphics for email and online stores. 
• A true team player who thrives working with multiple brands and projects 
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with the USA market.  
• Background in FMCG, sport, or health & wellness? Even better!
