Your Opportunity
We’re looking for a practical, hands-on Continuous Improvement Engineer who enjoys solving real problems and making things work better every day.
This is a site-based role where you will work closely with production, maintenance and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies, analyse root causes and implement sustainable improvements across manufacturing operations.
You will take ownership of improvement initiatives from start to finish — from diagnosing issues on the line, to designing solutions, implementing changes and embedding them into standard ways of working.
Your work will directly impact line efficiency, equipment reliability, product flow, downtime reduction and overall plant performance.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the factory floor, engaging with teams at all levels, and turning data and insights into practical, measurable outcomes.
You will bring:
Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG or high-volume manufacturing
- Strong experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Proven ability to apply root cause analysis and structured problem-solving
- Experience delivering improvement or engineering projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence operators and stakeholders
Experience with GMP environments, FMECA, equipment performance analysis and industrial systems (pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs) will be highly regarded.
Why Join Us?
