Accounts Receivable Administrator
Reporting to the ANZ Credit Manager, the AR Administrator will be responsible for the processing of claims & credits, account reconciliations and providing cover within the team as required. This role will have primary responsibility for New Zealand and provide backup support for the Credit Control team, with a particular emphasis on assisting the NZ Credit Controller. We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, positive with high energy and a can-do attitude.
The hours for this role are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with hybrid working and flexible hours
The Role:
- Timely processing of non-stock related claims & credits, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
- Reconciliation of customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial records.
- Management of receipts for the Foodstuffs Group and staff accounts.
- Opening and maintaining new customer accounts in line with established procedures.
- Providing support and backup for the ANZ Accounts Receivable team as needed
About you:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in Accounts Receivable or Credit Control is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
